Prince – Let me preface this by saying I never saw Prince or had any interaction with him.

This very tall, beautiful girl showed up at the movies one evening, alone. She was sitting in the lobby on a bench, and after about 20 minutes she became the worlds most gorgeous Elephant in the Room. Partially out of curiosity and partly out of desire to talk to a beautiful girl, I went over and asked if we could help her with anything. She said Prince had met her at a party the previous night and made a date to meet her at the movies.

A half-hour after the movie started, she called it quits, but gave us a business card in case Prince showed up. She was a sales girl for Victoria's Secret in Century City. And a half hour after that, PRINCE CALLED! Or rather, his people. The limo had been held up in traffic and they had never gotten her number, a standard operating procedure in Prince-land.

I delivered the message to her at work a few days later, taking the opportunity to buy a teddy for my wife.
